Frequency of Hepatitis C Virus in Chronic Kidney Disease Patients on Regular Hemodialysis at Tertiary Care Hospital

Introduction: Chronic kidney disease is the most important public health issue affecting about 10% of world adult population. Objective: To assess frequency Hepatitis C Virus in chronic patients on regular hemodialysis at tertiary care hospital, Peshawar Methodology: This was descriptive cross sectional study, carried out Medicine department, Hayatabad Medical Complex, for one year duration from December 2020 to 2021. A total 211 were observed our study. All data statistically analyzed by using SPSS 23. Results: In there 140 (66.4%) male while female 71(33.6%). Based illness, 149(70.6%) illness 1-2 years 62(29.4%) more than 2 (Table 1).
